First of all let me thank my brother (Ajju) for forcing me to watch series named as Prison Break. Two days back I finished watching two seasons of Prison Break and it is “AWESOME”, may be I will be short of words to explain how the series is.
I have heard about this from so many, that it is a good series or how one of my friend watch it continuously for 22 hours. I thought it is just an odd one crime series which attracts people because of its new concept. We have seen many movies on breaking out of prison, a milestone movie (which is still at number 1 of all time greatest movie ranking from IMDB) like ‘The Shawshank Redemption’ is based on this subject. So I thought what would be new in this series at the end they all will break out and live happily ever after. But after watching all my assumptions went horribly wrong.

As per my opinion the most engaging thing in this whole series is the ending of each episode. Up till now I have seen 44 episodes (22+22) and most of them having a crucial ending which will be lead you to next episode. You can not resist yourself from watching next one and then this chain continues on and on and on. One thing I would like to bring into notice is that story writer has understood one important thing of human being, that is “Curiosity”. If there is a gift for you or in front of you there is one closed box is there. Your mind will started thinking, ‘What is there inside that box?’, ‘Is it a surprise for me?’ or ‘Hope so this time he/she has bought me the think which I am expecting.’ This is a curiosity which is unable to keep your mind at peace. That is the same thing happens when any of the episode ends.
The way in which characters are built or created by story writer is really great. Each character has its own characteristics and also actors has done marvelous job by portraying them on screen. One more important thing is the relationship between the characters is in such a way they bond with each other as well as with the viewers. A kind of a love hate relationship is there with every character for viewers.
Most important thing in this whole series that it revolves around the relationship between the two brothers (Lincon & Michael). The relationship between these brothers as per me is the most important and USP of this serial. We know that how Michel is so intelligent and how good he is with planning the things, but if we give another thought to this thing why he is doing this? The only reason will be for his brother. He has this strong belief that his brother is innocent and he deserves justice. For this he risks his own life. This kind of relationship between brothers is really difficult to find in Hollywood movies or in series. Why I am telling this after watching this I do not how but I started feeling more care about my brother also it gives an inspiration to me to do anything for my brother if he is in need. It is not the case that previously I was not caring about my brother but just this time after watching this I felt that my brother should be with me. The impact of the series is such that one of my friend started feeling bad (or may be jealous) that why she didn’t have any brother.
Never the less this series talks about brotherhood as well as friendship, betrayal, selfishness, cruelty, passion, love etc. Each character posses one of the above mention quality. Writer has added these all qualities in his writing for the characters. Michel is loving, caring and seems disturb or angry when anything goes wrong around him. Lincon is somewhat selfish, who loves his freedom and a loving & caring father. Sucre
I hope next seasons would be as good as these two. If you have to how an individual will act in any situation you must watch Prison Break. It will give you a brief idea how different characters will face the same situation in their own way. I will strongly recommend that you should watch Prison Break. It depends on your personal interest but still it entertains you thoroughly.
